Going Through Difficulties of Life

I'm not having a good time. This is the worse stage of my life that I'm going through after living for almost 30 years in this world. Bad things come right after I'm married. And it's not stopping yet. And now I am fighting to cure my sickness. I'm not telling here what it is, it's not going to lead to death but it can be if it is worsen. I'm trying hard to fight it without taking medication. Please let me survive this illness. I can't bear it any longer. Today I will be going out to see if I had the opportunity to undo things that I have done wrong. I hope there is good news.
